The company's predecessor was Luoyang Zhongdi Filter Material Co., Ltd. Due to business development needs, construction began in 2018 on a new plant covering an area of 25,000 square meters, which successfully commenced operations in March 2022, marking the official launch of Luoyang Zhaohang New Material Technology Co., Ltd.
The company has introduced advanced automated production equipment and, combined with its self-developed weightless foaming technology for reticulated foam, produces foam with uniform and aesthetically pleasing pores. With an open cell rate exceeding 98%, and optimal hardness and tensile strength, it is an ideal essential material for producing foam filter panels, filters, and filter elements. Furthermore, it can be widely used in industries such as air filters, aquarium filters, and wastewater treatment. We can produce various pore sizes (8-80 PPI) and different shapes of foam products according to user requirements.
